Weekly Free-For-All

(I might move this around in the week a few times until I work out when it works for me to post these.)

This post is a free-for-all for people to:

a) post links to perfume-related content they posted elsewhere (on or off DW)
b) talk about anything they want to talk about that isn't big enough for a full post
c) socialize and hang out without worrying about "off topic"
d) or anything else that comes to mind!

Whatcha wearing today? (Me: BPAL's "Brimstone", which I am absolutely perplexed by. I can't decide if it smells amazing or hideous on me.)

I love reading you talk about perfume. /fangirls

I am realizing that perfume has not been a huge part of the lives of the women in my family after looking at your posts and others. My mom always had tons of little free bottles of perfume from estee lauder and clinique gifts with purchase but she only ever really wore clinique Beautiful.

I should get into her hoard this summer when I visit.

I can't actually think of my mother wearing the stuff often when I was growing up-she just never throws anything out and had a bunch around as a result. My sister doesn't wear it at all. I'm pretty much the only one in the family who wound up a scent head.

I still regret purging a few years ago and getting rid of things I wouldn't or couldn't wear. Ah, well.

That sounds like my mother. I think it physically pains her to get rid of stuff. LOL
