Glad I'm not the only one who got cologne from Scarecrow! I wasn't sure if it was just my brain trying rationalize the smell into something perfume, and that's what it came up with (??). Skin chemistry is so weird. As I mentioned above, I couldn't pick up any ginger at all from Kumiho.

I haven't even heard of Tattie Bogle, so thanks for the rec. There are too many BPALs, sigh. The most of the notes sound promising, but I'm not sure what to make of gunpowder. I do tend toward lighter scents in general (though I'm picky even there), but patchouli and wood are nice in the right mix.
